Violations and/or repeated harassment or disrespect to a member in this manner will result in a permanent ban (Vendors and Staff included).

• Profile pictures, avatars, and signatures are at the staffs discretion of what is considered to be appropriate content and size.

All members must keep in mind that this website is visited by people of all ages and ethnic backgrounds.

• Members should try to post in the appropriate forum. If your post is moved to another forum, it is because the staff decided that it belongs in a more appropriate section. It does not necessarily mean that it was deleted.

• No unauthorized advertisements. We will not tolerate members who spam or advertise their products on this site without being a supporting vendor. If you would like to advertise your products and or services on this website, please contact an administrator and we will gladly set you up with a vendor account. Offenders can be banned at the staff’s discretion.

• Members may only have one account and must maintain a valid e-mail address.

• Posting harmful links. Posting any type of link that could harm a member’s computer will result in a ban. If it is serious enough it can and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

• Discussion of any illegal activities are not permitted!

• If any member feels that a post does not adhere to the "The" forum rules or is offensive, please use the “report a post” option. Members can report posts by clicking the triangle icon on the upper right corner of each post. This is the actual icon:

"The" Forums staff reserves the right to remove any and all posts that are deemed offensive (at the staff’s discretion) without notice.

• If a member has an issue with a supporting vendor, they need to make every reasonable effort to resolve it before posting anything on the forum. If you must post an issue or problem with a vendor on the forum, do so without name calling or verbal bashing. Also, list what methods were used to try and resolve the problem with the vendor beforehand in a clear and concise explanation. Remember, no personal attacking is tolerated.
